Application of S1000D within a State-of-the-Art Integrated Logistic Support Environment

The CALS R&D Center “Applied Logistics” is pleased to present the 2010 S1000D User Forum on September 27-30, 2010 in Moscow. This Forum will present the latest developments and implementations of the S1000D specification, and how it relates to other ASD support specifications.
The 2010 Forum will mark the release of advance information about the upcoming issue of the specification (S1000D issue 4.1), planned to be published in spring 2011. Information about the new release will be presented by members of the S1000D Steering Committee and its associated working groups.
In addition to a rich program presented by some of the industry’s leading S1000D and ILS experts, the Forum will also provide an exhibit area where you can learn about the latest software and consulting solutions available.
This Forum, the first International S1000D conference in Russia, is a significant step forward in the collaboration of Russian Industry with the international ILS community, and the CALS R&D Center is proud to host it.
The Forum sessions contain presentations by Civil and Military representatives from around the world covering:
- Russian industry success stories in the ILS area
- The S1000D committees and working groups’ activities and particularly the specifications development process
- Software vendors, oriented on S-Series specifications support and their experience of developing and maintaining S1000D applications
- Consulting companies, having the large experience in ILS technologies implementation and how they have applied the S1000D specification within an ILS environment
