This technical pre-release schema package for Issue 4.1 contains:

• XML Schemas - frozen
• Default Brex module
• Bike sample instances - preliminary release* (4.5Mb)

* The Bike samples still have several known open issues and omissions which will be corrected in the final publication package.  Please direct any comments or error reports to epwg-chair@members.s1000d.org 

The final Issue 4.1 publication package is planned for release in 2nd quarter 2012 and will include the following additional items:

• Schema Documentation
• Final Bike sample instances
• Functionality matrix
